From April 2022 all drinking water in sealed containers or natural mineral water factories and ice factories must comply with GMP 420 both basic and specific requirements to produce drinking water in sealed containers.

Natural mineral water or consumed ice through the filtering process and under Article 4 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 420) B.E. 2563 issued under the Food Act B.E. 2522: Production Methods production tools and food storage require a food production supervisor who have pass the training according to courses accredited by the Food and Drug Administration.

Thai FDA require factory inspection by FDA certified auditors on the weekly basis. FDA released 200 page Guide for Producers of Drinking Water in Sealed Containers Natural mineral water and edible ice with detailed specifications for each water purification process and factory audit report forms. All production facilities which not able to pass inspection, will not be allowed to supply water or ice to the Thai consumers.

Pro License Co., Ltd. is a Thai FDA Accredited Auditor under the Public Health Act No. 420 and will be able to conduct inspection of your factories and submit report to the FDA.
