Latest application process for TIS e-License to import the industrial products for sale in Thailand
Step 1Submit e-license application at TISI
• Submit a request for product test
• Submit a request for factory audit
Required documents:
• Identification document
• Copy of invoice
• Product details with picturesStep 2Register for NSW
Upload following documents:
• Copy of application for service
• Invoice
• Product details with pictures
Step 3Print Release Certificate from NSW
• The release of products from the Customs
• The import declarationStep 4Provide Product samples
Contact TISI to submit a request for product test, specifying preferred laboratory.
Submit following documents:
• Copy of application for service
• Import declaration
• Release Certificate
• Product samplesStep 5Factory Audit
If TISI requested the factory Audit, then Letter of Conformance will be required.
If the Factory is not registered yet, the assessment must be done by TISI officers or other Inspection Body.Step 6Evaluate Product Test Report
You will be informed how to proceed to the next step after TISI will get the Product test results from the laboratory.Step 7Submit application for e-License
Documents required for obtaining E-license:
• Invoice
• Release Certificate (permit number)
• Import declaration
• Company’s Certificate
• Factory Audit Report or Letter of Conformance
• Pictures of the product
• Sample of standard mark display and its label after product is licensed
• Table of Particular Requirement details
• Document check listStep 8Generate your Product QR Code
After you get your Product e-license, you will need to create your product QR Code to be displayed together with the TIS Mark
